Key Duties

As a Freelance Fragrance Specialist for Giorgio Armani Beauty, you will help create luxurious, personalized experiences for clients across various retail locations. Your role is focused on connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service while representing the brand’s prestige.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging clients to assess their fragrance, skincare, and makeup preferences.
• Providing product demonstrations and educating clients on proper use.
• Delivering a premium, brand-specific luxury experience with each client interaction.
• Meeting sales objectives through personalized client engagement and recommendations.
• Attracting new clients and building lasting relationships.
• Staying current on beauty trends and sharing product expertise.
• Participating in seasonal training seminars and online learning programs.
• Collaborating with the National Makeup Artists team to enhance customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in makeup artistry, fragrance, or cosmetics sales is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Passion for beauty and customer service with a professional, client-focused approach.
