| Room Knowledge | Maintain up-to-date knowledge of availability, rates, promotions, and offers |
| Upselling | Promote hotel services and room upgrades to maximize revenue |
| Policies | Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations |
| Experience | Minimum 2 years in luxury hotel front desk or guest services |
| Languages | Fluent English; additional languages are a plus |
| Technical Skills | Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS like Opera |
| Personal Attributes | Positive, proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused |
| Teamwork | Excellent organizational and teamwork abilities |
