Job Title: Front Desk / Administrative AssistantLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesJob Type: Full-TimeVisa Sponsorship: Not Available Currently.Opportunity for candidates legally eligible to work in UAE. Job Summary:We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while also providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Duties:Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.Maintain the reception area in a neat and orderly fashion.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.Provide basic information to clients and guests as required.Administrative Support:Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and assist in organizing meetings.Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.Assist with filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document management.Support HR, finance, and other departments with routine administrative tasks.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Qualifications and Requirements:Proven experience as a front desk receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Arabic is a plus.)Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Professional appearance and attitude.Ability to multitask and work under pressure.Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines) is a plus.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred. Working Hours:Monday to Saturday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
