Job description

Position: Real Estate Viewer cum Driver
Drive clients to view real estate properties (residential / commercial) as per scheduled appointments

Assist with property viewings: opening doors, letting clients in, answering basic property features, ensuring premises are clean and presentable

Maintain the vehicle: cleanliness, regular servicing, fuel, basic checks

Plan efficient driving routes to minimize travel time and fuel costs

Maintain schedules, punctuality, ensure clients arrive on time

Provide feedback from viewings: client reactions, issues noted, follow up with agents
