Key Duties

As a Florida Personal Lines Account Manager, you will manage and support a dedicated portfolio of personal insurance clients, ensuring exceptional service and accurate underwriting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing personalized guidance for their insurance needs.

• Assisting with policy renewals, coverage reviews, and re-marketing to optimize client satisfaction.

• Collaborating with a three-person team to support account growth, cross-sell products, and manage workflow efficiently.

• Marketing new business opportunities and helping expand the agency’s client base.

• Utilizing agency management systems, such as AMS360, to maintain accurate client records and documentation.

• Ensuring compliance with Florida insurance regulations and internal agency procedures.

Requirements

• Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty license.

• 3–5 years of experience in a busy insurance agency environment.

• Strong account management and customer service skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

• Solid knowledge of personal insurance policies, industry practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship management abilities.

• Experience with AMS360 or equivalent agency management software.

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused service.
