Key Duties

As a Finance Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting financial and analytical tasks related to ongoing projects. This role combines financial expertise with document review and structured data management. Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing contractual agreements and extracting financial insights.

• Conducting financial analysis, including ratios, trends, and risk assessments.

• Researching market conditions to highlight industry trends and competitor activity.

• Labeling and annotating financial data for use in reporting and AI/ML initiatives.

• Summarizing financial documents into clear, structured formats.

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

• CFA certification required.

• Strong knowledge of financial statements, corporate finance, and market analysis.

• Excellent attention to detail with strong written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote and part-time capacity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in financial content writing, technical writing, or data annotation.

• Familiarity with tools for data labeling and document analysis.

• Previous experience working with financial data projects in AI/ML environments.

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
