Key Duties

As a File Maintenance Clerk at Albertsons Companies, you will play an essential role in ensuring accurate and organized records to support daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Requirements

  • Previous experience in clerical, administrative, or records management roles preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple files and deadlines.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with team members and departments.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
