The Field Service Manager serves as the essential link between the company and its customers, ensuring top-notch service delivery and satisfaction. This role is pivotal in maintaining the company’s reputation and fostering customer relationships through effective management of field service operations. The Field Service Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the daily activities of a team of field service engineers or technicians. This includes ensuring that service agreements are met and exceeded. Responsibilities
