Key Duties

Nationwide Compliant is seeking a Field Agent to support our eviction management operations in Houston Precinct 5-1. This role focuses on assisting the team with property-related field activities, ensuring timely and professional completion of tasks.

• Gather, document, and report accurate property and tenant information.
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of required legal or administrative documentation.

• Utilize technology, including smartphones, laptops, scanners, or fax machines, to manage and submit work efficiently.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all interactions and site visits.

Requirements

• Prior experience in property management, real estate, or legal fields is a plus but not required.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Access to reliable transportation for on-site visits.
• Proficiency with technology, including smartphone, internet access, computer/laptop, and scanner or fax.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
