Job description

Job Title: Nursery Principal (Female, Bilingual – English & Arabic)
Location: Ajman / Ajman-Sharjah Border
Job Type: Full-Time
Preferred: Candidates with own visa & transport

We are looking for a qualified, experienced, and committed Female Nursery Principal to lead our early years setting in full compliance with the EYFS curriculum and the regulations of all relevant UAE authorities. The candidate must be bilingual in English and Arabic, with leadership experience in a licensed nursery setting.

Key Responsibilities / Skills:
• Lead the nursery in line with the EYFS framework and ensure full compliance with SPEA (Sharjah Private Education Authority) and other UAE education regulations
• Ensure the nursery meets standards set by all relevant regulatory bodies including Civil Defense, Municipality, Ministry of Health (MOH), Labour & Immigration, and any local authority requirements
• Supervise and support the teaching and non-teaching staff to deliver high-quality early education and care
• Maintain health, safety, child protection, and safeguarding protocols
• Manage inspections, licensing renewals, and regular communication with regulators
• Develop and monitor curriculum plans, classroom delivery, and staff training
• Handle parent communications, admissions, staff schedules, and documentation
• Must be fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership, planning, communication, and decision-making skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Principal or Manager in an early years setting
• Must be well-versed in preparing for and facing compliance audits, inspections, and policy updates
• Must setup, align and fulfill targets for self and staff.

Requirements:
• Own visa and own transport required
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Ajman or near Ajman-Sharjah border
• Qualifications in Early Childhood Education (Cache Level 5 or Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• Thorough understanding of EYFS, SPEA, and UAE nursery compliance frameworks
