Key Duties

As a Federal PM/QC Manager, you will oversee quality assurance processes for construction projects and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting site inspections to identify non-conforming work and ensuring corrective actions are taken.

• Implementing safety plans and monitoring adherence to project requirements.

• Leading training sessions and facilitating three-phase quality meetings.

• Preparing, maintaining, and submitting quality control documentation and reports.

• Investigating and documenting incidents in line with company and government protocols.

• Researching, interpreting, and applying applicable regulations and standards.

• Creating and executing project-specific Quality Control Plans.

• Logging inspections, tests, and quality results accurately and consistently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

• OSHA 30-hour certification.

• Corps of Engineers training.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a CQC Systems Manager on projects exceeding $500,000.

• Current Corps of Engineers QC Manager certification.

• LEED training and scheduling knowledge (Primavera P6 preferred).

• Familiarity with Bluebeam and Procore software.
