Job description

Main Tasks & Accountabilities

Evaluating user needs and system functionality and ensuring that IT facilities deliver based on such requirements
Leads the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP configuration.
Supports Business process re-engineering to meet the organization s goals and reduce costs while deploying latest technologies
Coordination of the project management Processes for ERP projects
Leads the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP configuration.

Preparation and administering project plans and coordination of the project management processes.
Develop and maintain the project library, filing, recording, and reporting systems.
To lead and manage project enquiries.
Ensure the agreed project management methods, standards and processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist the Project Manager and Team Managers in the production and maintenance of project plans.
Co-ordinate the production of all reports and produce project summary reports.
Set up and maintain worksheets for recording project costs.
Advise and assist project team members in the application of project procedures, disciplines and recording and reporting standards.
Maintain risk and issue logs and change control records.
Develop and support effective communication mechanisms between the project teams.
Provide support to users.
Develop workflow and send notifications to users.
Develop a test plan and execute that test plan for the end-to-end payroll process.
Involve in UAT (user acceptance tests) with business to validate different test scenarios.
Resolve the various issues raise by the core user in UAT and issue log maintenance.
Develop test plans to ensure integrity of financial management data capture.
Develop and facilitate training programs for each module.
Administer and monitor development/test and production for ERP servers.
Participate in developing/supporting applications to assist the business in ERP activities.
Conduct regular training sessions for managerial and operations staff.
Design business process and application configuration for ERP applications based on industry best practices. Gather and submit information according to the requirements and business processes of MDC.
Roll-out and coordinate end-user training and support requirements.
Interact with end-users for analyzing the issues and solving it as per SLAs defined. Document, track, and monitor end user problems to ensure coordination of resolution adheres to SLA.
