Key Duties

Stevens Transport is seeking Entry-Level Truck Drivers in Laredo to join our team through a company-sponsored CDL training program. Drivers will:

• Complete paid 240-hour CDL-A training over the road with hands-on experience.
• Operate refrigerated trucks on OTR, regional, or dedicated routes.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with DOT regulations while on the road.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and support staff to ensure timely deliveries.
• Take advantage of career advancement opportunities and optional Owner-Operator programs after training.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 22 years.
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience.
• Clean driving record and verifiable work history.
• Willingness to travel and spend 2-3 weeks on the road at a time.
• Ability to complete company-paid CDL-A training successfully.
