Key Duties

Smart Business Solutions Group is seeking energetic, motivated individuals to join our marketing team as Entry Level Marketing Assistants. In this role, you will support Marketing Representatives, Advertising Associates, and senior staff in executing client-focused marketing and promotional projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with advertising campaigns and public relations initiatives.
• Supporting marketing and sales projects for new and existing national accounts.
• Participating in promotional activities and events to enhance client engagement.
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and prospects.
• Cross-training in multiple areas of marketing, sales, and operations to prepare for rapid advancement opportunities.
• Collaborating with team members to help achieve project goals and deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong drive for success, competitive mindset, and eagerness to learn.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be located in Colorado Springs and available to start immediately.
• No prior marketing or sales experience required – we provide comprehensive training.
