Entry-Level Call Center Agent Bilingual (English/Sinhala) Shift-Based – Kandy
Mobizz Elite (Pvt) Ltd is hiring Call Center Agents to join our customer service team in Kandy. If you’re a good communicator and enjoy helping people, we’d love to hear from you.
What we’re looking for:
Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
Based in or near Kandy is preferred
Friendly, professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to work on a roster/shift basis
