| Duty Manager Duties | Lead operational team, supervise site, ensure contractual compliance |
| Lifeguard Duties | Ensure pool safety, perform NPLQ lifeguarding |
| Customer Interaction | High-level engagement with members, governing bodies, and commercial clients |
| Emergency Response | Take charge during emergencies, ensure smooth operations |
| Qualifications Required | NPLQ Lifeguard, Pool Plant Operator |
| Desirable Qualifications | First Aid at Work certificate (training provided if not held) |
| Experience Required | Previous team leadership, customer service experience |
| Industry Preference | Leisure industry preferred |
| Shift Pattern | Early, late & weekend shifts |
| Reporting | Line Manager |
| Safety & Compliance | Manage site safety, cash handling, health & safety procedures |
