TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Colorado Springs is hiring Drivers and General Laborers to join our fast-paced, customer-focused moving team. In this role, you will:
- Operate 26-foot box trucks safely and perform daily inspections.
- Load, pack, move, and unload customer belongings efficiently and safely.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and professional energy.
- Maintain timeliness, safety, and teamwork on every job.
- Complete necessary paperwork with customers accurately.
- Support long-distance moves when desired, with optional interstate travel.
This position emphasizes both physical stamina and excellent interpersonal skills to deliver a top-tier moving experience for customers.
Requirements- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record for driver roles.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs.) throughout the day, including stairs and walking.
- Willingness to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in non-CDL driving, warehouse, moving, construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus.
- Starting pay: $18.50/hour plus tips (average tips $200+ per week).
- Earn additional $250 for every 480 hours worked, up to $500.
- Weekly paychecks and direct deposit available.
