Job description

Assisting with fleet operations by supporting Galadari Rent a Car in the movement of vehicles to ensure efficient logistics and vehicle availability.Driving company vehicles to pick up or drop off employees to support operational needs and staff mobility.Ensuring safety of passengers and vehicles while on duty to minimize risk and uphold safety standards.Collecting and delivering mail to/from the post office to support timely and accurate internal and external communication.Delivering official mail and check payments to designated locations to maintain timely business transactions.Transporting important documents to required destinations to support business operations and communication flow.Performing preventive and regular vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal functioning and reduce breakdowns.Keeping vehicle clean and maintained at all times to uphold company standards and vehicle longevity.Facilitating vehicle testing and certification for registration renewal to ensure legal compliance and readiness.Providing driver coverage at other locations during annual leave periods to maintain uninterrupted transportation
