Key Duties

As a Dispatcher at Home Security Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication and coordination between field technicians, customers, and internal teams. This position is responsible for scheduling, monitoring, and directing service calls to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Managing dispatch schedules for installation and service requests.
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient workflows.
• Handling incoming calls, providing clear instructions, and assisting customers with inquiries.
• Maintaining accurate records of calls, schedules, and service outcomes.
• Supporting the security team with operational needs to keep systems and services running smoothly.

Requirements

We are looking for reliable and professional candidates who meet the following:

• Must pass a background check (no felonies and certain misdemeanors).
• Prior experience in security system or police dispatching is preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license is required.
• State security license is an advantage (otherwise must pass FBI fingerprint and detailed background checks).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Dependable transportation to and from work.
