Key Duties

As a Dispatcher at Home Security Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication and coordination between field technicians, customers, and internal teams. Requirements

• Prior experience in security system or police dispatching is preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license is required.
• State security license is an advantage (otherwise must pass FBI fingerprint and detailed background checks).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Dependable transportation to and from work.
