Key Duties

Sam’s Limousine & Transportation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher for our third shift to manage client and operator schedules efficiently. This role ensures timely service delivery while maintaining strong communication across all teams. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and dispatching drivers to meet client service requirements.
• Acting as the primary communication link between clients, drivers, and management.
• Adjusting routes and schedules on short notice while ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintaining professional relationships with clients and operators to handle last-minute changes effectively.
• Collaborating with maintenance to ensure vehicles are ready and available.
• Scheduling drivers for the next day and managing daily operational logistics.
• Performing administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping.
• Ensuring compliance with DOT, FMCSR, state, and federal transportation regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably in limousine, transportation, or logistics services.
• Strong knowledge of Houston-area roadways and traffic patterns.
• Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations and adapt to schedule changes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and criminal background check.
