Key Duties

The Director of Quality will lead global quality initiatives for a cutting-edge healthcare additive manufacturing company. This role involves developing and implementing robust quality systems, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement across all quality processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a skilled, international quality team to achieve strategic goals.
• Designing and executing quality strategies aligned with ISO, MDSAP, MDR, AS/EN, and FDA regulations.
• Overseeing compliance and audits for global operations, ensuring adherence to medical device and healthcare manufacturing standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality practices into product development and manufacturing.
• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance metrics to drive improvements and maintain high standards.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing international or cross-functional quality teams.
• Deep understanding of global quality systems and regulatory standards, including ISO, MDSAP, MDR, AS/EN, and FDA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in healthcare or medical device manufacturing preferred.
