Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with Product, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to evaluate product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations
Lead and support initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency across SSO activities. Conduct deep product-level analyses to uncover areas for optimization
Identify and communicate key market trends, evolving customer needs, and growth opportunities aligned with SSO priorities. Leverage data from Services teams (e.g., Insights & Enablement, Customer Success), Product verticals, and regional sources
Gather insights from internal and external security product experts to enhance product positioning and support market research and trend analysis.
Deliver structured, ongoing competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions, product development, and feature innovation.
Provide insights and reporting to the SSO Product Council to support product evaluations and prioritization efforts.
Facilitate regional product discovery workshops and insights sessions in partnership with Product teams to inform development and capture new requirements.
Contribute to the development of quarterly business reviews for the Business Integration & Excellence team and broader SSO group, ensuring alignment with our Mastercard objectives and transparency
Define, track, and report on executive-level KPIs and overall SSO performance, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into progress against strategic objectives
