Director of Product Innovation

We are currently seeking a Director of Product and Innovation for an organization specializing in content management and linguistic technologies. The candidate will be responsible for product strategy while driving technological innovations focused on artificial intelligence. Responsibilities
As Director of Product Innovation, your main tasks will be:

– Establish the product roadmap and long-term product strategy
– Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to advance the product
– Anticipate the needs of various customers
– Conduct technological monitoring of competitors and the market in general
– Ensure effective liaison between the product team and the various departments within the organization
– Monitor the performance of implemented product initiatives

Qualifications
– Degree in IT or equivalent experience
– Relevant experience in agile product management
– Knowledge of language technologies, including AI solutions
– Extensive experience and knowledge in the translation and content management industry
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
