Shift: Night Shift (19:00- 03:00 / 17:00- 01:00)

Your Role as a Digital Marketing Executive
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• Develop and manage content calendars aligned with brand goals.
• Research market trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to create impactful campaigns.
• Lead SEO/SEM efforts including keyword planning, on-page and off-page optimization.
• Monitor performance with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Suggest and implement innovative strategies for brand growth.
• Contribute to strategy discussions with management and team.

What We’re Looking For:
• 1-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, Meta Business Suite.
• Ability to strategize and execute campaigns independently.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Ready to work in a night shift environment.
