Key Duties

Cartage Services by Deliverol LLC is a trusted delivery partner for one of the world’s leading international shipping companies. We are looking for a dedicated DHL Associate to provide reliable and efficient courier services while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Safely pick up, transport, and deliver time-sensitive documents and packages in all weather conditions, following company safety and operational procedures.
• Operate delivery scanners to accurately record package and shipment information.
• Review and manage international shipping documentation to comply with requirements.
• Load and unload freight manually, maintaining efficiency and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding delivery issues, security concerns, or unusual incidents.
• Maintain punctuality, adhere to standard procedures, and represent the company professionally to customers.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and no major suspensions in the past three years.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and a 10-panel drug test.
• Physical capability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally and 40 lbs frequently, with repeated bending, kneeling, climbing, and walking.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional appearance.
• Reliable transportation, smartphone access, and strong communication skills.
• Previous courier, transportation, or customer service experience preferred; CDL or DOT certification is highly desirable.
