Domino’s is seeking responsible and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team in Centennial, CO. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive their orders accurately, on time, and with a friendly, professional attitude. Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering pizzas and other menu items promptly and safely to customers’ homes and businesses.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional vehicle appearance while on duty.
- Verifying each order for accuracy, including repeating names, addresses, and order details with customers.
- Handling money responsibly, providing change correctly, and following store cash handling procedures.
- Assisting in-store with customer service as needed, including answering phones and helping carryout customers.
- Following Domino’s “Customer WOW” steps to ensure excellent customer service: apologize, meet their request, and provide a little extra.
- Adhering to all safety and company policies, including Safe Delivery procedures and proper product handling.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Ability to handle cash responsibly and follow company procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact politely and professionally.
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and maintaining a professional appearance while on duty.
- Must complete Domino’s Safe Delivery CBT (Computer-Based Training) prior to driving.
- Able to follow company policies, including food handling, handwashing, and delivery procedures.
