Job description

Role & Job Description: We are looking for an experienced IBM DataStage Developer to join our team in Dubai on a long-term contract. The candidate should have strong expertise in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and be able to design, develop, and maintain scalable data integration solutions using IBM DataStage. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using IBM DataStage. Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple sources (RDBMS, flat files, cloud sources, etc.). Optimize DataStage jobs for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Handle data quality, cleansing, and validation during ETL processes. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting of ETL jobs. Work closely with Data Architects, Business Analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation, job schedules, and metadata repositories. Provide production support, bug fixing, and performance tuning for ETL workflows. Mandatory Skills
