Job Description

Position: Customer Service Personal Banker
Location: Carlisle and Penrith
Salary: £26,010 pro rata
Working Hours: Flexible, Monday–Friday, branch hours, some Saturdays and bank holidays
Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and support branch customers with banking needs

• Handle payments, balance enquiries, and transfers

• Promote banking services and simple financial products

• Deliver accurate, positive customer experiences
  Requirements:

• Customer service passion with attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team

• Motivation to develop skills and career
