Key Duties

As a Customer Service Associate II, you will play an essential role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping environment. Your responsibilities will include a mix of customer-facing service, store upkeep, and operational support, such as:

  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly, professional manner.

  • Receiving deliveries, unloading trucks, and processing inventory safely and efficiently.

  • Stocking merchandise and maintaining organized product displays.

  • Performing daily cleaning tasks, including restroom upkeep, trash removal, sweeping, and ensuring all areas remain presentable.

  • Operating the cash register, processing transactions accurately, and safeguarding company assets.

  • Supporting both back-of-house and front-end operations as needed.

  • Contributing to a safe, respectful, and positive store environment.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Prior customer service or retail experience strongly desired (e.g., grocery, restaurant, hospitality, or convenience store).

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent physical activities such as standing, walking, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and climbing.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions with integrity.

  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
