The Role & Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service to our clients’ customers. Your key duties will include:

1. Inbound and Outbound Communication

  • Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers, prospects, and non-customers, ensuring adherence to established standards for call volume, pick-up time, and call quality.

  • Outbound Calls: Participate in outbound calling programs and other initiatives as required, maintaining professionalism and courtesy.

2. Customer Inquiry Resolution

  • Information Provision: Offer accurate and complete information in response to customer inquiries, redirecting them to appropriate resources when necessary.

  • Problem Identification: Recognize customer issues and provide appropriate solutions, escalating complex matters to senior staff as needed.

3. Continuous Learning and Adaptation

  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated with changes and developments in products, services, and procedures to provide informed assistance.

  • Skill Enhancement: Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.

4. Administrative Support

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Reporting: Assist in preparing reports related to customer feedback and service performance.


Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Required: A high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Language Proficiency

  • English: Fluent in English (B2 Level or higher), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Arabic: Fluent in Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking customers.

Technical Skills

  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in using PCs and comfortable with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

  • Call Handling: Experience with call center software and CRM systems is advantageous.
