Key Duties

As a Crew Member, you’ll play a central role in delivering the Sonic experience. Daily responsibilities may include:

• Taking customer orders with accuracy and a friendly attitude.

• Preparing and serving drinks, frozen treats, and food items.

• Cooking on the grill, operating the fryer, or assembling menu items.

• Ensuring food quality and consistency with every order.

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including dishwashing, trash disposal, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas.

• Supporting teammates and working in multiple stations, including Fountain & Frozen, Grill, Fryer, Switchboard, and Drive-Thru (where applicable).

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong communication skills, along with basic math and reading ability.

• Willingness to follow appearance and uniform guidelines.

• Ability to adapt to fast-paced restaurant needs and shift priorities quickly.

• Prior food service or retail experience is helpful, but not required.
