The Role & Responsibilities

As a Counter Sales Associate at Azadea Group, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Engagement and Sales

  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain their shopping needs.

  • Provide detailed information about products, promotions, and services.

  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, upselling where appropriate.

Product Knowledge and Merchandising

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered.

  • Ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.

  • Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and stocktaking.

Cash Handling and Transactions

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions in accordance with company policies.

Customer Feedback and Issue Resolution

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Collect customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve sales targets and store objectives.

Qualifications
