The Role & Responsibilities

As a Community Manager at IWG, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences in our Colombo center. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring a seamless and efficient environment for both clients and staff.

• Customer Engagement: Welcome new members, conduct tours, and build strong relationships to foster a vibrant community.

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team to create a positive and productive atmosphere, aligning with IWG’s standards and values.

• Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell services and amenities, contributing to the center’s revenue growth.

• Facility Maintenance: Ensure the workspace is well-maintained, addressing any issues promptly to uphold a high standard of cleanliness and functionality.

• Administrative Duties: Manage billing, handle customer inquiries, and perform other administrative tasks to support the center’s operations.
