Job Description

Basis Industrial is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Leasing Agent. The role involves marketing and leasing small-bay industrial spaces, conducting property tours, preparing proposals and lease documents, and supporting tenants through move-in and move-out processes. Candidates will maintain a leasing pipeline, track leads in CRM, provide market feedback, and build relationships with brokers and business owners. Requirements include 3–5 years of sales, leasing, or customer service experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license. Real estate license may be required depending on state regulations.
