Schedule: Monday to Friday, on call, weekends as needed

Key Duties

Form 10 Group is seeking a skilled IT Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair smart kiosks across commercial office locations in Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing hardware and software issues, maintaining kiosk systems, and ensuring that all devices operate efficiently. You will work independently in the field, providing excellent customer service while resolving technical challenges and supporting clients’ IT infrastructure needs.

Requirements

• Experience in IT equipment support, preferably in a field service environment.
• Strong knowledge of PC maintenance, Windows operating systems, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with network management, Active Directory, and hard drive imaging.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel across assigned routes.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with smart kiosks or similar hardware.
• Customer-focused approach and professional demeanor.

Work Environment:
