• Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, with on-call and occasional weekend work

Key Duties

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support for smart kiosks in commercial office environments across Colorado. This includes:

• Installing, diagnosing, and repairing kiosk systems.
• Performing PC maintenance and ensuring hardware functionality.
• Managing troubleshooting tasks with professionalism and strong customer service.
• Supporting IT operations including Windows systems, Active Directory, hard drive imaging, and network management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should bring:

• Proven experience with IT hardware in a field or service technician role.
• Strong knowledge of PC maintenance, Windows operating systems, and networking.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and disk imaging tools.
• Reliable personal transportation for travel to various client sites.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to a drug-free workplace (including cannabis).
