Key Duties

As a Client Support Specialist at Pearson, you will be an essential link between clients, Program Managers, and internal teams. Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting client account management by assisting Program Managers with day-to-day client operations.

  • Investigating and resolving client issues, escalating when needed, and providing clear guidance to stakeholders.

  • Maintaining accurate documentation, including client policies, procedures, and program-specific business rules.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver operational activities and projects efficiently.

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

  • Participating in internal and external meetings, documenting action items, and ensuring follow-through on commitments.

Requirements
  • Experience in customer service or client support, preferably in a professional or technical environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize competing tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to quickly learn internal systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing project-related responsibilities.

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and exercise judgment while seeking guidance when needed.
