Key Duties

We are seeking a caring and reliable childcare provider to support a family in Dallas. The primary responsibility is to ensure the safety, well-being, and engagement of the child while providing a nurturing and structured environment. Duties include:

• Supervising daily activities both indoors and outdoors, encouraging fun and active play.

• Planning and participating in age-appropriate games, crafts, and educational activities.

• Assisting with meals and snacks while accommodating the child’s preferences.

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment during childcare hours.

• Offering flexible support that fits the family’s schedule and needs.

Requirements

• Prior experience caring for children preferred, but willingness to train a dependable caregiver is considered.

• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

• Ability to engage actively with the child in play and learning activities.

• Strong communication skills to coordinate with parents.

• Reliable transportation if commuting to the family’s home.

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required.
