Key Duties

The Child Support Case Processing Analyst plays a critical role in providing case support, assisting clients, and attending court proceedings. Responsibilities include:

• Managing and responding to client requests and inquiries related to child support cases.

• Collaborating with internal teams, legal services, other states, employers, and business partners to resolve case issues.

• Researching, analyzing, and documenting case information to determine next steps.

• Preparing documentation for and attending court hearings.

• Making informed decisions based on available case data and supporting materials.

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with program guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience using computer systems to process and manage information.

• Skills in researching, analyzing, and interpreting data to support case decisions.

• Strong communication abilities to gather information and interact with clients, partners, and legal professionals.

• Relevant education may substitute for work experience on a year-for-year basis.

• Experience with negotiation techniques in a business or professional setting is preferred.

• Ability to travel routinely for court attendance and work outside regular hours if needed.
