Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Chief Executive Officer for their client in Dubai which is a 100 bed hospital.We are looking for senior healthcare management executives with a minimum of 25 plus years of experience and are currently serving as a Chief Executive Officer within a hospital setting.The ideal candidate must have had experience and exposure in leading a multispecialty hospital, preferably in USA or Canada.The CEO will ensure the efficient and effective operation of all hospital departments, including patient care services, support services, and administrative functions. Implement and maintain quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.Identify and mitigate potential risks to the hospital, including financial, operational, and clinical risks.Build and maintain positive relationships with the community, stakeholders, and other healthcare organizations.Communicate regularly with the board of directors, provide updates on hospital performance and strategic initiatives. Provide strong leadership, fostering a positive organizational culture, and inspiring staff to achieve the hospital’s goals.Oversee the hospital’s financial performance, including budgeting, revenue cycle management and cost control.Ensure the hospital complies with all relevant laws, regulations and accreditation standards.Develop and implement long-term strategic plans that align with the hospital’s mission and vision, and ensuring their effective execution.Manage and develop the hospital’s workforce, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.Ensure the hospital complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
