• Hours: 20–30 hours per week, day and morning shifts, weekends required

Key Duties

As a Check-in Agent, you will be responsible for providing an efficient, friendly, and professional check-in experience for cruise guests. Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting guests during the check-in process using tablets and other digital systems.
• Verifying documentation and ensuring all guest information is accurate and complete.
• Supporting cruise line operations by facilitating smooth boarding procedures.
• Answering guest inquiries and resolving minor issues while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times in a fast-paced port environment.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel-related roles preferred.
• Comfortable using tablets and basic computer systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Availability to work part-time, including weekends (minimum one day).
• TWIC card required to work on-site; SMS reimburses the cost (not needed at interview).
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.

Pay & Benefits
