Job Details

• Position: Certified Medical Assistant / Patient Service Representative

• Location: Dallas, TX

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Key Duties

• Support physicians and nursing staff by performing routine clinical tasks within your certification scope.

• Assist in patient care, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize clinic workflow and efficiency.

• Engage with patients, addressing questions and providing guidance as needed.

• Take initiative to enhance skills and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.

• Minimum of two years of professional medical assisting experience preferred.

• National or Registered Medical Assistant certification, or obtain certification within 90 days of hire.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification from the American Heart Association.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
