Key Duties

As a CDL Class A Truck Driver with Go Career Choice, you will operate regional dry van routes primarily across Texas and the Southeast. Drivers handle no-touch, drop & hook freight for major clients, ensuring timely and safe delivery. Responsibilities include:

• Safely operating Class A tractor-trailers on regional lanes.
• Completing pre- and post-trip inspections and maintaining electronic logs.
• Following DOT/FMCSA regulations and company safety standards.
• Coordinating with dispatch for on-time pickup and delivery.
• Managing resets while ensuring compliance with hours-of-service rules.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following:

• Valid CDL Class A license and current DOT medical card (minimum 30 days remaining).
• At least 6 months of recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Clean safety record with no FMCSA drug/alcohol violations in the past 5 years.
• Stable employment history (no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years).
• Ability to stay on the road for 6 days before scheduled weekly reset.
• Must live within 75 miles of Dallas, TX.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of tractor-trailer experience.
• Experience operating 45-foot or longer trailers.
