- Salary: $1,250 – $2,300+ per week ($92,000 – $160,000 per year)
TCM Dynamics LLC is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to operate pneumatic trailers delivering materials such as frac sand, fly ash, cement, and bentonite across Texas and parts of Louisiana. Drivers will:
- Safely transport and deliver bulk materials to designated locations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and on-site personnel.
- Follow operational instructions under tight schedules while maintaining safety standards.
- Operate vehicles, including 13-speed manual transmissions, in varying weather conditions.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of pneumatic trailers during operations.
- Age: 25 years or older.
- License: Valid Texas Class A CDL.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
- Health & Safety: Current DOT medical card, ability to pass drug & alcohol screening.
- Driving Skills: Proficiency in manual transmission operation and safe handling of large vehicles.
- Physical Requirements: Capable of standing long hours and working in extreme weather.
- Driving Record: Clean MVR with no recent major violations.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
- H2S Certification, PEC/SafeLand training, fit-test certification.
- Experience with PTO operations and pneumatic trailers.
