Key Duties
Koleaseco Inc. is seeking experienced team truck drivers to join our over-the-road fleet. Drivers will be responsible for:
- Transporting freight on long-haul routes across the continental U.S., covering an average of 5,500+ miles per week.
- Operating late-model trucks including Peterbilt and Kenworth equipped with modern amenities such as refrigerators, inverters/APU, and navigation systems.
- Ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of cargo while adhering to DOT regulations.
- Coordinating with dispatch for smooth route management and timely deliveries.
- Utilizing pre-loaded, no-touch freight to minimize handling and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience (preferred for team drivers).
- Must be at least 23 years old.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and drug test.
- Professional appearance and ability to maintain company standards.
- Strong commitment to safety, attendance, and work ethics.
Pay & Benefits
- $1,000 sign-on bonus per driver with no strings attached.
- Monthly mileage bonuses and PC Miler practical miles pay, averaging 10% more than companies using standard miles.

- Daily payroll processing with a two-day turnaround.
