Key Duties

Covenant Transport is seeking experienced CDL-A Team Drivers to join our dedicated freight routes. Drivers will:

• Operate safely and efficiently on team freight runs.
• Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to guarantee vehicle safety and reliability.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to optimize route operations.
• Maintain professional standards to uphold Covenant’s reputation as a top teaming carrier.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Pre-matched, true team drivers preferred.
• Clean driving record: no more than 1 serious traffic violation in the past year, and no critical accidents.
• No DUI within the past 4 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a driving partner and adhere to all DOT regulations.
• Commitment to professional conduct and reliability on the road.

Pay & Benefits

• Mileage pay: $0.52–$0.74 per mile based on verified experience.
• Average weekly earnings of $1,300–$1,850.
• DOT inspection bonus: $75 for each clean inspection.
• Comprehensive benefits available after 60 days of active service: medical, dental, vision, optional life, STD/LTD, and flexible spending accounts.
• Eligible for 401(k) participation after 180 days.
