Key Duties
Albany Trucking is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers to operate dry van trailers primarily east of I-35, with the flexibility to run all 48 states. Drivers will:
- Haul general freight on long-haul routes with an average of 2,500 miles per week, with top performers reaching up to 3,200 miles.
- Operate company-provided trucks, including new Kenworth or Freightliner sleeper cabs.
- Perform safe loading, driving, and delivery of freight with 100% no-touch cargo.
- Maintain accurate trip records and comply with DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the Albany Trucking support team for routing, logistics, and safety concerns.
- Take advantage of flexible parking options at terminals or take trucks home for convenience.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Minimum of 3 months OTR tractor-trailer experience covering 3 or more states within the last 3 years.
- Ability to travel across multiple states as needed.
- Commitment to safe driving practices and professionalism on the road.
- No additional endorsements required.
Pay & Benefits
- Weekly pay of $1,500–$1,600, with potential for higher earnings for top performers.
