Key Duties

F2F Transport is seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator drivers to join a flexible and empowering program that puts drivers in control of their business. Drivers can choose between two programs:

  1. Self-Dispatch Program – Maximum control over your schedule and rates. Drivers handle their own loads and can operate OTR, regional, or local.
  2. Connect Program – A hassle-free approach where F2F manages load planning, allowing drivers to focus solely on driving.

Drivers are responsible for safely transporting freight, managing their schedule or working with F2F planners, and maintaining professionalism on the road.

Requirements

  • Valid CDL Class A license.
  • Minimum 24 months of commercial driving experience within the past 36 months.
  • Negative results on drug tests and compliance with DOT regulations.
  • No DUI convictions on CMV records and no license suspensions in the past 2 years.
  • Must operate a sleeper-equipped truck; day cabs are not accepted.
  • Military experience is encouraged but not required.

Pay & Benefits

  • Self-Dispatch: 80% gross pay, unlimited home time, weekly settlements, Samsara ELD, personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, free load board access, fuel card discounts, cargo and general liability coverage.
  • Connect Program: 75% gross pay, dedicated lanes, load planning provided, no forced dispatch.
  • Semi-annual DOT inspection covered.
  • Discounts on maintenance, insurance, and truckstop services.
  • Virtual orientation and access to driver trainers and advocates.
  • Recognition awards for clean roadside inspections.
