Key Duties
Western Dairy Transport (WDT) is seeking experienced CDL-A Local Tanker Drivers to join our team in Haltom City, TX. Drivers will be responsible for:
- Safely operating tanker trucks to transport milk and dairy products to local facilities.
- Ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
- Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintaining vehicle cleanliness.
- Following all federal, state, and company regulations while on the road.
- Assisting with loading/unloading as required and documenting deliveries accurately.
Our local routes allow drivers to return home daily, providing a healthy work-life balance in a rewarding career.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience driving tanker trucks; experience in local dairy or tanker operations preferred.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance with DOT regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to lift and handle materials as needed.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
